It used to be my dads, he gave it to me a few years ago. All I know about it is that it’s a Seiko Quartz chronograph, but that’s about it.

Looks like a 7T32 movement watch. Lots of variations over the years, not produced any more (I think). Does it say anything on the case back? That might help us determine the exact model and age. Probably somewhere between $100-200 new. These things are pretty durable, and look really nice without being so expensive you worry about them. I’d probably daily it.

It’s a Seiko, it’s one of those watches that tells time.

Also, it has an hour and minute hand, 3 buttons, a knob, and it has a strap, plus a blue face with smaller white faces and a gold casing.

You can thank me later. ;)

Honda Bro, we must be related, I own four of these. This watch is a combination stop watch and alarm clock. They were very handy in the 90's when we didn’t have handy dandy cell phonesthat could be yourstop watch and also your alarm.

Ok. Here is how you set it up.

1. If the stop watch sweep hand is not lined up properly you pull out the 3:00 stem all the way out. You can use the 10:00 button to rotate the stop watch hand to the proper 12:00 position. Once set up, push the stem in.

2. To use the stop watch
- Start/Stop is the 2:00 button.
- While running if you hit the 10:00 button it will pause the sweep hand so you can write down the time, if you hit it again it will jump forward to where it should have been had it not stopped.
- If you hit the 2:00 button, it will stop the timing, and hit it again it will restart from where it stopped.
- With the timing stopped using the 2:00 button, if you hit the 10:00 button, it will reset the sweep hand to the 12:00 position.

3. to use the alarm, the small dial at the bottom is the alarm dial
- Pull the 4:00 stem all the way out and use it to set the time to the current time.
- Push the stem all the way in and then pull out half way. You should hear the alarm.
- use the 8:00 button to set the time you want for your alarm.
- If you push the stem back in, it should set back to present time.
- If you pull it half out it goes back to the alarm time and the alarm is set.

it’s as easy as that. These are neat watches. As I said, it’s my favorite watch, I have four including the Honda F1 Racing watch on the right.

Nice explanation. I want a Seiko to add to my collection one day. I like the F1 you have but the second to right is very nice. I love the deep inset and clean look to it.

This reminds me of when I was 6 and was telling someone about my new Green Ranger dagger/flute toy and how excited I was about it. The first thing my fellow 6 year old friend said was “can I have it?”

My face was all "TF wrong witchu"
